- lucky coin hiding
-Smoothie Friday put on by office admin
-all donations of food and money donated from cupcakes goes to the Kainai Womens Shelter as great cause

3. Jen Wegwitz
-the grant that the school applied for was not accepted, so the council (Jen) applied for the same Community Foundations grant for the healthy snack fridge, with a March 20 deadline. Further grants to be pursued.
-Goal to be able to get the grant for the fridge and for a subsidizing amount for the first year of food from community partners who will donate.
-Tasting days- will try those in the school with an accompanying food fact sheet... choose a food, there would be a handout about that food what they liked or didn't like about it.
-requires volunteers to help prep food and deliver to classrooms
Great snacks for everyone " When you are hungry you don't learn as well"
-Discussed maybe a Golf fundraiser to jump start the funding for the program {this would draw a different crowd than we are used to could be a worthwhile fundraiser}
-Question asked "What is the expectation of the school council"
-decided best if Jen forms her own fridge committee committed to this project
-town librarians offered to be a part of that committee
-So Jen would have her own mini committee meetings to discuss further project ideas and implementation
-What are the goals?
-Suggested to have a survey to see about volunteers and who is interested
- Decided on a table at student led conferences (March 23) in the school foyer to raise awareness of the fridge project and tasting days.
Natalie, Loni, Cheri, and Jen to take shifts at table

-Student Led Conferences are on March 23rd

{Then deciding on further direction for fundraising for the project, interest of parents willing to  volunteer on committee and parents interest gathered from an info table at S.L.C  (student-led conferences)}
